Bag Placer HS

The Bag Placer HS (High Speed) is designed to efficiently place individual bags on the filling head of the SemiPack. It can handle different types of bags such as nets, jute bags or paper in a consistent, fast and accurate manner, reducing manual labour and increasing packing efficiency. An arm with suction cups lifts a bag from the wicket pins and places it under the filling hole – all movements are perfectly synchronised with the semi-automatic bag filler to ensure smooth operation and timing. The carousel magazine for sacks makes it easy to refill while the machine is in operation – each magazine can hold approx. 250 sacks.

Når Bag Placer kombineres med SemiPack(+), omdannes SemiPack(+) til en fuldautomatisk pakke­løsning (AutoPack HS), hvilket øger kapaciteten til op til 20 sække i minuttet.
