Bag Placer

The Bag Placer is designed to efficiently place individual bags onto the filling head of the SemiPack. It can handle various different bags such as net, burlap or paper in a consistent, fast and accurate manner, reducing manual labor and increasing packaging efficiency. An arm with suction cups picks up a bag from the wicket pins and placed underneath the filling hole, all movements are perfectly synchronized with the semi-automatic bagger to ensure seamless operation and timing. The carousel bag magazine allows for easy loading while the machine is in operation, each magazine can hold ± 250 bags.

Combining the Bag Placer with the SemiPack+ converts the SemiPack(+) into the fully automated packaging solution (Autopack), increasing capacity to up to 15 bags per minut of 25 kg.
