AutoMesh

AutoMesh is a fully automatic packaging machine developed for mesh bags formed from roll film. The bags are formed and separated using a vertical heating element that welds the mesh to create strong bag edges. The product is guided through fixed filling holes and down into the bag, which is carried on the support belt. The bag is transported on to an industrial sewing unit, which closes the bag with a seam. An additional heat weld is made to finally separate the bag from the roll film.
